I’m a sucker for cute packaging. What can I say, presentation is key! I went to the MAC counter to buy a black eyeshadow (“Carbon”) because I ran out of some other black one that I had. I use it as eye liner, cause I stopped wearing liquid. Too much work, and too intense for daily use haha.
But then I saw their cute little set up for the Shop MAC Cook MAC (?) collection and I couldn’t help myself. I got a kissable lip color in “Woo Me”. These are supposed to be a lipstick/lip gloss hybrid. They’re so skinny! I compared it to a regular lip glass (Viva Glam Gaga- her signature rubbed off already :(. ) from MAC and they look so stubby in comparison. The kissable lip colors have 5g though, whereas a lip glass has 4.8g- so they’re basically the same amount!
I was about to check out, when the associate asked me if I wanted to look at the new Viva Glam lipstick from Nicki Minaj. It’s a yellow-based pink that I would never wear. lol. But then I got suckered into buying a lipstick so I chose Viva Glam II. I ain’t mad though, all proceeds of MAC’s Viva Glam products go to the AIDS fund! :)
